WARRANTY

WinePrO₂^® Proactive Decanter and Preservation System^® is proudly made in the U.S.A. with Foreign & Domestic Components and is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase (“Warranty Period“). If during such time, the device or its materials are deemed defective or cease to work properly, you may contact us for a replacement.

RETURNS

If, for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of the WinePrO₂^®, simply return it within 60 days from the date of purchase to receive either a full refund or replacement device. For warranty/return support, please contact support@winepro2.com.
